Many couples fall in love with each other when they played in a public fountain, so do Mr. Barry Mao and his wife Mrs. Mao.
But there were many reports about someone getting badly struck by public fountains. Most of the public fountains were made with 110V-380V high-voltage A.C. pumps. Even the best quality rubber will perish with age, so all wires coat doomed to be aged and broken. Unless they check and change the wires every year, electric shock accident is unavoidable.
